The managing partner retired as the System's Manager from the Information Services Department - a department staffed with over 100 employees.  Their mission was to support the technological requirements of several thousand other county employees throughout all county offices and departments.  The county managed a mainframe that supported internally developed applications including a Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS); Inmate Management Information System (IMIS), Computer Assisted Dispatch System, Financial Management Systems, etc.  The county also deployed a fiber gigabit Wide Area Network to support administrative processing.

The founding partner retired as the Technical Services Manager from the Sheriff's Office - an office staffed with over 1,800 civilian and uniformed employees.  Their mission was to deliver mission-critical life safety, public safety, and adult detention services to a population that exceeded over one million people.  He was formerly a TCLEOSE licensed and commissioned Texas Peace Office and Master Jailer.  The Sheriff's Office specifically focused on managing all technology relative to their mission including: Enhanced 911, Mobile Data, GIS, significant portions of the Criminal Justice Information System (Booking, Master Name, Warrants, etc.) and the entire Inmate Management Information System which assisted staff in managing an overcrowded adult inmate population that routinely exceeded 4,000 inmates.

Several years ago, we responded to a Request For Offer from the Texas Office of Court Administration (OCA) for "Fees, Fines & Court Costs" software to replace their legacy software that had been provided to several cities and counties.  We are subject matter experts!  We were one of ten vendors that responded and invited back for repeated evaluations and discussions with various levels of OCA staff.  The result was that we were one of three vendors subsequently pre-approved as a "Fees, Fines and Court Costs" solution provider.
