Licensing

Our licensing model is innovative and inexpensive. 

We provide licensing for a pre-determined volume of users based on your census population.  The advantage of this approach is that we can affordably provide state-of-the-art technology and subject matter expertise to small rural counties and cities as well as large metropolitan governments.  While all share the same fundamental requirement, the overall complexity often increases exponentially based on the supported population. 

Consolidated or distributed collections?  From our perspective, it really doesn't matter.  We can easily separate or consolidate your collections and compliance process along any boundary (authoritative, political, etc.).  For cities or counties that desire to implement an enterprise distributed collections and compliance solution (adult civil, adult criminal, adult probation, juvenile criminal, juvenile probation, child support, hot check reimbursement, EMS/Fire reimbursement, property tax, public utilities such as sewer and water, etc.), additional discounted licensing options are available.
