Our first Florida client. They have a dedicated collections department with several offices throughout the county including the cities of Lakeland and Winter Haven that manage numerous payment and community service plans. They routinely exchange information with a variety of agencies and other vendors to improve their collections effort.
Unique highlights include:
- Drivers license suspension - State of Florida Department of Motor Vehicles (D6)
- They are currently exploring/developing an interesting process to consolidate all (including collections) county out-bound mail in an effort to improve addresses and minimize print/mail expenses. They are testing our new Print2file feature.
