Texting is another outreach effort.  It can significantly improve compliance and substantially increase collections.  Like calls, we encourage our clients to implement automated texts for impending scheduled payments and/or follow-up calls on missed payments.  It is more likely than not that your defendants, respondents, and other defendants have access to a cellular phone with a consistent phone number.  

Text results are automatically imported, logged, and reported on as due diligence events.  You can discover whether the phone number was invalid or valid.
